JESS ADDUCCI
producer / writer
It all started with Metropolis. I couldn’t believe what Fritz Lang had accomplished with just visuals and music! That moment ignited my passion for visual storytelling…
By sixteen, I was serving in physical production, working my way up from production assistant to assistant director on multi-million dollar sets and award-winning short films. With six micro-budget shorts, I developed the skills to get productions off the ground, see them through production, and secure festival placement and awards. As an intern for two production companies, I leveraged my physical production know-how to gain experience in and transition to writing and producing in live-action and animation pipelines. Today, I develop, package, and produce stories in multiple mediums with a production background and narrative experience that allows me a realistic understanding of what it takes to get things done!
For me, it all comes back to visual storytelling… I thrive on refining the narrative, workshopping creative expression with directors and artists, and delivering strong, classic material that leaves audiences spellbound… just as Metropolis left me.
